Introduction

‍Welcome to Lead Castle, an Australian agency specialising in paid media, conversion rate optimisation, and lead generation primarily for SaaS clients. We provide three packaged services: Drawbridge, Stronghold, and Fortress packages. This Terms and Conditions agreement ("the Agreement") governs your use of our services.

Your Agreement

‍By utilising our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Packages Description

Drawbridge Package: This package includes paid media services only.  

Stronghold Package: This package includes paid media services and adds conversion rate optimisation.  

Fortress Package: Along with the services offered in the Stronghold package, the Fortress package adds email marketing and marketing automation.

Payment Terms  

You agree to pay any fees associated with your chosen service package. The agency reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to you in advance. Billing is provided upfront and payment is required before services begin. Clients are billed at the start of a new monthly service cycle.

Services Delivery  

Our team will endeavour to deliver all services in a professional and timely manner. We don't guarantee any specific results as marketing outcomes can be influenced by factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability  

Lead Castle is not liable for any harm, damage, or loss caused as a result of your use of our services.

Terms and Termination  

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Notification of termination must be given in writing.

Privacy and Confidentiality  

All personal data obtained during the provision of our services will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Updates 

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes will be communicated on our website and via email.
